Welcome to Kendo Online Workshop

In kendo online workshop, we are looking at some points many people are doing wrong or not explained in detail.

Some of them are very small things but very important aspects of kendo such as which knee you should put down first when you sit in seiza.

These are not something we can ignore and keep learning kendo without knowing.

In this kendo online workshop, I try to show you these details by articles, videos and/or pictures.

Hope you learn something out of this.
